Functional and sleek! We replaced our old clunky pop up power units that looked like they belonged in a classroom. These lay nearly flush with the counter and have far fewer crevices to clean. I love that they have USB and USB-c outlets too so I don’t even need a block to plug in most things

We installed these last September once the quartzite was installed on our large (100") island. I did the install myself, but my fabricator cut the pucks. He was confused about the right size for the pucks (didn't read the manual carefully) but was able to get them right on the second try. Once installed these outlets were the perfect solution for accessible outlets right where we needed them. We installed two, so one side could hook up a laptop and charge a tablet, the other side for the Cuisinart, waffle maker, InstaPot, or whatever. The outlets were a bit stiff at first (tamper resistant) but after a while they seemed fine (plus I would rather an outlet is too snug rather than too loose).
It has been a pleasure having the convenience and access to the outlets on our countertop. The ordering process was very easy.
The motorised plug is exactly what I wanted, properly made, smooth to operate very easy to install. I would happily recommend and say it is worth the extra price.

It is a little more wobbly than I expected and really have to push to get it moving. A touch doesn’t seem to work. However I still love it. It’s a great addition to my kitchen.
