good product but installation instructions could be clearer. Tabs for removal of front plate too obscure to find without clearer assistance
With the building code changes in 2023, I looked at a better option. I found the motorized pop up. It operates smoothly and looks great in our new kitchen.

Great socket :)! We were looking for a solution for our kitchen island, which proved ideal. It is not as expensive and sits beautifully (almost invisibly) on the kitchen island once pushed into the kitchen island. Unlike some rivals, it is made from good-quality plastic, which does not look cheap. I have not given five stars because on the box we received, there was a scan code providing installation requirements for a different socket model requiring a smaller hole for drilling. This part of the service was confusing. I would recommend this company and the socket to others. Thank you.

These Pop Up outlets are the best. They are so sleek and we love that the countertop can be flush. We build a lot in Idaho and most of our clients' countertops flow into their windows with no wall space but code now requires outlets every so many feet in the countertop so this allows to not distract from the natural beauty of the stone we use but still allow our clients to have outlets.

Had to replace a broken pop-up installed +6 years ago with a kitchen reno. Found MPSolutions online and they had the perfect fit replacement at a good price.

The unit is fair and unfortunately did not meet my expectations. The plug column is excellent but the pull up cap does not sit square to the mounting ring - as much as 2mm higher on one side than the other. I feel the latching clip that holds the column up is questionable, but I would be happy to be proved wrong. There are 2 score marks on the inside of the mounting ring where the sharp edge on the column extrusion has cut in when raising. Glossy silver is actually just silver paint on plastic. All minor but collectively they add up. Considering I am cutting an 80mm hole through a new stone benchtop, I would expect a reasonable to high product quality.
MP are very happy for me to visit the office and view other models that may better suit my needs. Very cooperative and understanding. I have yet to do this

Our previous (different manufacturer) Island Pop up failed a few weeks back by blowing up so I hesitated to find a replacement. But when I saw the MP Solutions product, and especially their offer of up to a 4 year warranty, that re-assured me that they believe in their own products. Easy to order, shipped next day and literally installed and working within 2 minutes. Admittedly, the hole was already there. But great product and service.
