These are very well made, can’t wait to use them in our kitchen remodel
We ordered two units. One of the two had a faulty/dead outlet, but MP replaced it quickly; good customer service. The units are beautiful, and work well.
If I had a suggestion, it would be to give you more thread for the retaining ring. There's plenty of room if you're just going through the countertop, but if you're putting it over the countertop plus a 2x6 it doesn't really reach. We found a solution but more thread would have been easier.
I have not yet installed the 'outlet'. I did test it and it works fine and for the price, it is good quality.
easy install, though I had to purchase a 3 1/8" hole, not the most common size, work perfectly right out of the box
Love this product so far. Only concern is there was no instruction manual and when we first charged a phone on the top a fan in the unit started whirring. I called the store and the gentleman said this is designed to keep the phone battery cool. It took the fan 5-10 minutes to go off once we took the phone off the top, but it finally did go off. We replaced a Lew Electric pop-up unit with this one and are very happy. I do wish this came in a few other colors like a dark brown as all our hardware is oil rubbed bronze and it would have been nice to get a closer match. The black is fine though. Hopeful this unit holds up over time!
you get what you pay for and these are worth spending the extra $$
We have 4 of these and have ordered one more. They make your bench look clean and modern.. USB A and USB C options make them easy to use. Much better than other Power Plug options.
Amazing quality, smooth operating, really added another level of functionality to the kitchen island where we installed them in a high end renovation project.

It has taken me a while to write this review due to the long construction time. It is installed and works perfect. Looks very nice in the brand new countertop. Everyone wants to see it work.
Have not installed yet, however, appears durable enough. Would like more colour options other than silver for capping. Easy transaction and quick delivery.
i am waiting on counter tops but am confident the pop up will work for my island
This is the perfect addition to my kitchen. I got rid of my wall outlets to put these in place. Looks so modern and sleek! I love these!
Motorized Pop Up works as advertised. It is sleeker than the previous model in appearance and the phone charger is an added plus. We've had some problems with it not always seating to the surface but we could certainly recommend the purchase
A great device for the guys who love Gadgets..The device disappears into the counter with the granite insert left over from the Hole drilled out.
I would like to see a unit that has receptacles on both sides, and not limited to just one side. So if that ever comes out.....

We loved our unit. We are replacing it and need to know how to get the top parr from new one to fit into existing spot?

To replace the top part, there are two screws under the top lid - front and back. If you undo these you can swap the top part.
The outlet looks great but we are missing the power cord attachment.
