This is a nice pull-out power point for kitchen benches. I think it is reasonably priced. Compared to the older (broken) model it replaced, it does not have a power switch but it does have a USB port and a power indicator. Installation was easy with a sufficient long cable.
Ordering was very easy, delivery was great and the product is awesome! Very trendy looking and a great out of the way power source that makes everything look even more high end!

This is a very efficient and useful electrical source for use in the kitchen. However, it is often very noisy while charging the phone via bluetooth.
Nice little unit. Easy to install. After tightening the unit down, having some issues with the pop-up getting stuck on the one side. Still working on it to get it working more smoothly.
Smooth, easy to install and fantastic customer service. It was out of stock when I first went to order, I contacted customer services who told me it woul be back in at the end of the week and they would email me, which they did and delivered within three days. Now it’s fitted I can’t stop pressing it! Really smooth.
Bought to replace a previous model which was accidentally damaged. Straighforward job to remove the old one and install the new one. Like that it has a USB-C port with a bit more power than the previous one, and the facility to recharge a mobile phone by placing it on the top of the unit.
Excellent communication with MPS team previously when I had a slight problem with the old unit.
For the price of the unit I would have thought the construction would have been better than a hose clamp to have the popup and the main tube being held in place.

We installed this in a 1/4" thick steel kitchen island countertop to eliminate the need to use the outlets on the sides of the island and avoid the cord snag hazard that they created. The install was relatively easy, i cut the plug off and hard wired it into the nearest outlet box. It takes up a fair amount of cabinet space below but if you're able to plan for it, it is easy to accommodate. It appears to be a very high quality product and has been very useful so far.
Hello I have the same issue as Bradley commented in 2025 when I put my phone in it to charge within 2 minutes the fan comes on and it is loud and annoying. You mentioned as a solution to use a thinner case. Today I tried it with no case and the fan still came on. Could you provide a picture of how to charge the phone and not have the fan come on? Maybe if I place it on in a certain way I can still use this without the fan coming on

The fan in the V3CW unit was intentionally added to improve wireless charging performance by keeping the charging pad cool. That said, we are aware that some customers have found the fan noise noticeable during use, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
The fan is designed to activate only when the wireless charger begins to heat up. To help delay it coming on (as you mentioned it typically starts after a couple of minutes), we recommend:
- Using your phone without a case, if possible
- Ensuring the phone is positioned precisely in the centre of the charging pad. Have a look at his page with the image on alignment:

These steps can help reduce heat buildup and may delay the fan activating. However, in most environments, the fan may still come on eventually. In cooler conditions, it may not activate at all.

The pop-up outlet arrived quick and packaged well. The unit was an easy install and required no extra steps. The cord was long enough to easily reach the outlet. The finish is good. I would purchase again.

We installed two popup outlets, with the cut out for our quartz. This was super smooth! They work fantastic and our counter top fabricator felt the instructions were simple and easy to follow. Our island is 5x10, so outlets on the surface were necessary. The plug in aspect is the best part!
Very pleased with this, seemed a little expensive until we tried cheaper alternatives with clunky mechanisms and not the same look. They were returned and did not match up with their descriptions. This one does, it's is good looking, as flush to the surface as you can get with a very smooth mechanism. Cheaper alternatives are available but they don't match up. Thank you
