The pop up powerboard is an excellent product.
What is better is the service provided. I made a mistake with the address as we had just moved. I sent a message via the website and received a call not long after. The fact it was a Sunday was astounding. The address was changed on the spot. I even received a call the next day just to reconfirm. The parcel arrived at the right address. Outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend.
Great product, robust and well manufactured with solid materials. I received the Pop up sockets within 2 days of ordering, fitting was super easy and they look great on the Island work top.

Charger looks wonderful and we can’t wait to use it. Contractor hasn’t installed it yet. We did notice it didn’t come with instructions. Hopefully it’s not too complicated. Will update review after install.

The motorized pop up outlet is an amazing product. It was the perfect solution for my new kitchen island.
Although waiting for the counter tops to be installed, these units arrived quickly and in good working order. We are expecting a long life, but will see.
Easy to fit and looks good. However the wireless charging is hit and miss and when it does work it identifies as a slow charger and takes forever

Regarding the wireless charging, a few things can make a big difference to charging performance:
* Make sure the phone is centred on the wireless charging pad, as even a small misalignment can reduce charging speed or interrupt charging.
* If your phone has a particularly thick case or contains metal accessories (such as magnetic plates or card holders), these can interfere with wireless charging.
* Some phones will also slow wireless charging automatically if the battery gets warm or if battery protection features are enabled.

The clamping nut's threaded length was too long which resulted in the clamping bolt sticking above the clamping nut's surface, which damaged the surface I was trying to clamp the outlet onto. The issue can be solved by simply adding a backing nut which would only add a few cents to the total cost, I don't understand why this was not done.
Device is a great size, looks great with our new countertop, and charges our devices.
Solid build, sturdy plastic and metal construction, works as intended.
However the USB ports don't seem to charge some of my devices very well or at all. And the bright blue light can't be turned off. 5-10 in a room would be uncomfortable.
The power strip’s design makes it suitable for mounting on a desk or work bench with ample room for large power adapters to fit easily. My only gripe with the mounting mechanism is that the clamps don’t attach to the power strip itself, requiring one hand to hold the outlet, clamp and desk while the other tightens the clamp. This can be particularly tricky especially with limited room.
Attaches well to the desktop. USB devices charge fast and it is very convenient to have. Recommended.
We are very happy with this pop up outlet that also changes our phone without use a cord.
We are getting new countertops and wanted the look and convenience of these electrical pop-up outlets. They won’t be installed for a couple more weeks, but I’m happy with the wattage, look, and price. I’m really looking forward to having power on our kitchen island again, and these will be not only useful but beautiful when not in use.
The family loves our device thus far.
