Very seamless design with high functionality
Besides the grand children being kept quite watching the V3CW quietly going up and down like magic, it also Charges phones, powers iPads and laptops and has a couple of 13amp plug sockets thrown in just for good measure.

This was purchased to replace a damaged pull up power point mainly used for charging phones etc. This one although only having two 3pin points has the usb & usb c points. These though do not charge as fast as when using a plug in adapter but are adequate. Where my original had on off switches for each bank of points, this one is powered on at all times with no individual on off switches. It also barely reaches into a 50mm thick bench making tightening of the fixing collar difficult and subject to potentially damaging the thread of the tightening collar. Also in the ‘up’ position there is a noticeable gap at the base where it projects from the bench top where debris etc can fall through (unlike my original which was sealed) Other than these points its OK but I think a little overpriced.
I purchased this product to streamline outlets as part of a house renovation. The product is outstanding and I would highly recommend it.

The body of the pop up is a little stiff to raise and the silver top appears very flimsy, but the pop up works well and looks good. I think there needs to be a greater selection of the top colours and perhaps decorative options to jazz up your bench top.

Identified a fault after initial installation. Made contact, provided evidence and a new unit was ent out immediately. Cannot fault the service and new u to is working perfectly. Much improved on previous model I have had installed for years before it became faulty. The wireless charging works perfectly. Would recommend to anyone needing a desktop/worktop charging station.
The V3L is a great slimline pop up socket, a lot sleeker looking than the bigger bulkier pop ups I had looked at. I did have an issue with one of the pop ups and contacted the Customer Service department who were excellent to deal with. Special mention to Yuliana who was a pleasure to deal with and resolved my issue right away.

So glad that we discovered this power outlet. My husband was able to cut a circle out of my kitchen workbench exactly where I wanted the power outlet to be. The power cord supplied easily reached the existing socket under my gas hob, and as it just needed plugged in we did not require an electrician. The ability to also charge my phone from this device has made it a great buy. I highly recommend this product.
