Splash-resistant when fully closed
When fully closed, the lid provides splash resistance that helps keep incidental splashes away from the socket faces. It is not waterproof, so keep it dry and do not open or use it while wet.
Wireless charging
Charge compatible Qi phones on the top surface. Centre the phone and remove a thick case if charging is inconsistent.
Stable when raised
The extended body is designed to remain stable during normal everyday use.
Plug-in power connection
A heavy-duty 1.8m cable with a fitted AU plug connects to a wall outlet. Do not cut or modify the cable; consult a licensed electrician if a fixed-wiring installation is required.

Frequently asked questions
How does the V3CW open and close?
Press and hold the top control until it lights, then press it once to raise or retract the unit. The sleep function helps reduce accidental activation.
What opening is required, and can it replace an older pop-up?
Plan a 95mm opening with a ±5mm tolerance (90–100mm acceptable range). It may replace an older unit when the opening, benchtop thickness and under-bench clearance suit the current V3 dimensions; measure the installation rather than relying on the old model name.
Does installation require an electrician?
With a suitable accessible outlet below the benchtop, the fitted AU lead plugs in and no electrical alteration is required. Do not cut or modify the lead; fixed wiring must be assessed by a licensed electrician.
Is the V3CW waterproof?
No. When fully closed, the lid closes over the opening and helps resist incidental surface splashes. It is not waterproof. Keep it dry, wipe up liquid promptly, and do not open or use it while wet.
Can the supplied lead be cut for hardwiring?
Do not cut or modify the fitted lead. If the installation requires electrical alteration, consult a licensed electrician.
Does wireless charging work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Compatible Qi-enabled Apple, Samsung and other Android phones can charge on the top. Centre the phone and remove a thick case if charging is inconsistent.
Why can I hear a faint hum while wireless charging?
The wireless charger contains a cooling fan. A faint hum can be normal while charging, and the fan may continue briefly after the phone is removed. Seek support if it becomes unusually loud or charging is unreliable.
What happens if the lift is obstructed?
The protection system pauses or briefly reverses the lift when it meets an obstruction. Clear the obstruction, then use the top control again.
What warranty is included?
