Class A is the highest level of service we offer, and Class C is the lowest.

Each product will indicate the service class level that is associated with it.

(Premium Warranty Service)

Full Refund offered within 30 days

We pay for postage on all returns

85% refund on returns between 30-60 days

Repairs & repair postage free under warranty

All postage costs are covered by us

Class B
(Standard Warranty Service)

Full Refund offered within 14 days

We pay for return postage if you receive your order faulty

85% refund on returns between 14-60 days

Repairs are free, however postage is not included

Half the postage cost is covered by us for warranty purposes

Class C
(Low After Sales Service)

Full Refund offered within 14 days

No postage is included. Customers must organise, or drop off to our store

85% refund for change of mind orders. Customers must organise postage or drop off.

Repairs are free, however customers must organise postage, or drop off & pickup from our store.

We do not cover any postage costs
