Our Warranty:*

We provide 12 months warranty on most products bought on our website, or from within our store. Warranty is all inclusive of courier, labour and parts cost, and is serviced locally from our repair facility in Sydney. If you’d like to make a warranty claim please fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you within 24hrs with further instructions.

Return Policy:*

Modern Power Solutions provides a 30-day no-questions-asked refund return guarantee. If you are not happy with the item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. However, note that a 10% restocking fee will apply. For example, if you have purchased a product for $799.95, however, find that it is not suitable, you may return your product for a refund. Modern Power Solutions will charge a restocking fee of 10% = $79.99, so your actual refund amount will equal $719.95. A restocking fee covers transactional, refurbishment and logistic costs. Under some circumstances, we may offer a 75% refund if 30 days has already passed.
