Installed 2 devices, a little tricky to get the flange perfect but not too bad at all, a little pricier than conventional pop up BUT way worth it, seamless and works well…..also multiple cord cables for phones - if you’re looking for a pop up, this devisxw should get on your short list
With the building code changes in 2023, I looked at a better option. I found the motorized pop up. It operates smoothly and looks great in our new kitchen.
These Pop Up outlets are the best. They are so sleek and we love that the countertop can be flush. We build a lot in Idaho and most of our clients' countertops flow into their windows with no wall space but code now requires outlets every so many feet in the countertop so this allows to not distract from the natural beauty of the stone we use but still allow our clients to have outlets.
