A. Because we are based in Australia, we provide superior contact and support. We can easily be contacted via email or phone before and after you purchase your myBoard. We also provide a repairs and replacement service to our customers, so if you ever have an issue with your myBoard, we can repair or replace it for you cheaply and efficiently. All our products also include a minimum of 6-months Australian Warranty. Where if you do have an issue, we will organise the pickup, repair and redelivery of your myBoard, completely free of charge to you.
Q. Is the myBoard safe to use?
A. myBoard can take time to learn, depending on the rider's condition and experience. Riders are suggested to wear proper protection gear, and practice in a large flat outdoor location, to ensure their safety. myBoard cannot be operated if faulty or damaged.
Q. Does the myBoard come charged?
A. Partially. The myBoard comes pre-charged with 60% battery capacity from our factory. However it is highly recommended that you fully charge myBoard once you receive it, in order to ensure full battery health.
Q. What country charging plug does the myBoard come with?
A. The charging port is dispatched according to your location, in some situations, the port may be sent as a separate item to the MyBoard to suit your location.
Q. Does the myBoard come in different colours?
A. Yes, myBoard comes in Red, Black, Gold, White, Blue & Green colours
Q. What age is the myBoard recommended for?
A. Anyone can use the myBoard! - although it is recommended children under the age of 16 are supervised by adults
