Every time someone uses our product, they are using a product that is produced to Australian safety standards and regulation, offering our customers the trust and security of a local company

Warranty: 

We include 12 months warranty. If your product malfunctions within 12 months, we will repair or replace it for you free of charge. We will cover both [2-way] postage costs, and repair or replace the unit within 5 days. We keep digital receipts matched with product serial numbers for every order, so don’t worry about keeping the transaction receipt. All we require for a warranty claim is a confirmation of your name, address and an approximate date of purchase. From this, you will need to pack the unit securely, and we will send you a prepaid postage label to stick onto the unit. You will then be required to drop the unit off at an Australia Post retail outlet. Once we receive the unit, we will match its serial number with your receipt, and repair the fault, then send it back to you between 3-5 days.

Extended Premium Warranty Options: 

We also offer a premium 5 year extended warranty service. If you have any faults with your product within the 5 year warranty period, we will repair your item completely free of charge. We will also organise postage, both, from you, and back to you, so it won’t cost you a cent.

In the unlikely event that you do cause accidental damage to your unit, we provide an affordable repair service, generally less than $35 [including postage both ways], and our repair staff can fix your unit within 3 days [within Australia]. For example, if you drop something heavy on the unit, and the shell dents heavily, the cost of repair is $30, and we give you the postage label to send it back to us, and we return it to you within 3-5 days. A. We have V2 models available in both genuine stainless steel tops, and nickel coated options – as well as an array of other finishes available to.

Installation Instructions:
1. A hole size in the desired surface for installation is required. Check model to determine the hole size requirement. Ensure there is enough space under your installation surface, so the unit can fall freely into its hole and sit flush. Check above for model specifications.
2. Unscrew the mounting ring, feed the cable through the mounting hole, then place the unit in the hole.
3. Re-attach the mounting ring and tighten the unit to the surface. Plug the power cable into a power point.
4. The unit is ready to use!

How does it work?

Once your application has been approved, you will receive your login username and password. Use this information to login to our systems, and view your personal Affiliate page named “Access” found under the tabs: [Support > Affiliate Program > Access].

On this page your “Sales Code” will be available. This code must be given to your customers, and used on checkout when they purchase a product from us – typed into the ‘Coupon Code” area. This allows us to identify that the sale was brought to us from you.

The “Access” page will be updated monthly with a list of orders in which your “Sales Code” has been applied.

If your customer forgets, or for another reason, does not type in your “Sales Code” on checkout when they make a purchase, you can register to apply for commission on their purchase by submitting the “Apply for Commission on a Purchase” form available on the “Access” page under the “Affiliate Program” menu. You will receive an email notification within 3 days after your submission, of whether your application has been successful. Your commission will then automatically appear and add to your total on your personal “Access” page within that period. To view the list of orders you have received commission on, please visit your personal “Access” page. This page will update ~once per month. At the end of each month, your total earned commission will be transferred into the bank account of your choice via EFT transfer [Only to banks within Australia]. Your current payment information which we require for transferring of all funds will be displayed on the “Access” page. Please ensure these details are kept updated on our system. 4. Sales brought by the registrant to MPS must be made lawfully

5. Sales brought by the registrant without a “Sales Code” being typed on checkout by their customer, may be rejected for commission. The “Request commission on an order” form allows the registrant to apply for commission on orders that they believe they brought across. However, commission on these orders is not guaranteed.

7. MPS may remove commission on a product or group of orders brought by the registrant if the registrant is believed to have breached any of these terms and conditions, or there is sufficient evidence of unlawful behaviour.

Every time someone uses our product, they are using a product that is produced to Australian safety standards and regulation, offering our customers the trust and security of a local company with 6 months standard Australia-wide warranty and/or $50 payment for 1 year extended warranty. Our customers deal directly with us in Australia and no complicated broken communication overseas.

All of the myBoard self-balancing scooters come with a 6-month warranty to protect you against manufacturer defects.

Any damage incurred by improper usage and/or negligence would not be covered by the warranty, however we can certainly repair any such damages for a small fee, whereby we can seamlessly organise our courier to collect the goods from your address and we will then determine the issue, Service the unit, and then return it to you within usually 3-5 Business Days.

If the device you received is defective and therefore faulty please send the faulty unit back to us, and once we get the unit/s, we will send replacements to you immediately or provide a refund. – at your discretion.

The 6-month complimentary warranty is void in the event of:

1. Improper repair and refit in other places that are not an officially approved myBoard maintenance service station.

2. Any failure and damage caused by accident and/or misuse.

3. Any failure and damage caused by fall-offs, drops and/or intentional damage

4. Any failure and damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, chemical corrodes, lightning strike and other such natural disasters.

5. Any failure and damage caused by products that are not manufactured by Modern Power Solutions PTY PTD

6. Any failure caused by lampblack, dust, water, direct sunlight etc.

7. The serial no. on the product has been removed or altered.

2015 Sydney HIA Homeshow

The Sydney HIA Renovate and Build Homeshow took place at The Dome in Sydney Olympic park throughout the 23rd – 25th of October 2015. Modern Power Solutions had a stall [C01], demonstrating their range of Pop Up Power Points to Homeshow viewers. By allowing Homeshow guests to physically see, feel and use MPS’s range of products, it enabled them to visualise the products in their own home allowing them to have a greater understanding of it, before they select it for their own home
